Doctor Blade End Seals

Traditional doctor blade seals are produced using a die-cutting process which often produces an out-of-shape seal with an irregular sealing face. The result is a less than perfect seal requiring excessive anilox pressure which ultimately leads to premature seal, blade and anilox wear. SureFlex doctor blade seals are manufactured using a high precision water jet cutting process, producing a very precise and clean sealing face.
