The Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Dilip M. Sawant is the well known name in the printing industry and started his career in 1975 with Colour Cartons, a leading print-packaging company in India then. Since 1981 till 1999, Mr. Sawant was abroad and worked with the leading Print Packaging Group in Saudi Arabia and UAE. Mr. Sawant extensively traveled to Middle East, Europe, USA, China, Japan and many other countries for business development in printing & kept himself abreast of evolving technologies and trends in the printing industry worldwide.

After coming back to India in 2000, Mr. Sawant started own business in Import-Export-Trading. Soham Technologies is proud to have all the leading Indian print packaging companies in its portfolio of satisfied customers such as HUL, Huhtamaki, Parkson, TCPL, Essel Group, Edelmann, Miracle, TM, Kem Cards, Mudrika, Skanem, Mirage, Renault, Nebula, Noble, Rich Print, Dhanlaxmi, OJI, South India, Velvin, Align, Astron, Worth Periphals / Yash Packers, Vital Paper, Pioneer, Classic Image, and around 500 Customers all over India.

Soham joined the company after completion of his graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) from the University of Mumbai to learn business hands-on before going for Masters Degree. He is a new gen entrepreneur and very confident and ambitious. He keeps tabs on the business activities & e-mails after office hours also and gets excited with each and every order. He handles customer complaints to their satisfaction.

He is a quick learner and in short span he is proficient in our products like a fish takes to water. He knows all the customers and their requirements as if, he is in the business for ages. All the customers and the respective owners have become Godfathers of Soham and encourage & motivate him regularly. Soham travels extensively all over India to meet existing & potential customers so to develop the business & to foster rapport with the decision makers. He has started travelling abroad to meet the suppliers to gain in-depth products knowledge and develop new products. He is very active & enthusiastic while participating in Printing Exhibitions to meet all the customers visiting the stall, not only to explain about products but to develop a solid business relationship. He has been attending the trade shows from his college days.

He is committed, dedicated and passionate about business like his father and Soham is the future of the company. He is destined to take the company to a new level in coming few years.

Mrs. Vijaya Kanse joined Soham Technology in 2007 and has been a key member of the team since then. As the Customer Services Manager, she handles all customer interactions with a strong focus on quality and professionalism. She also plays an important role within the operations team, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient service delivery.

Vijaya is known for her excellent communication skills and her ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning, Vijaya completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University while working, and went on to earn a Postgraduate qualification in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management.

Mr. Swapnil C. Dandekar is a dedicated and results-driven Sales Engineer, known for his strong work ethic and proactive marketing approach. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, equipping him with both technical and managerial expertise.

Swapnil has played a key role in expanding the company's market presence across India, successfully developing a substantial customer base. His consistent and result-oriented follow-up has been instrumental in securing long-term business relationships and driving growth.

With a passion for sales and an aggressive approach to market development, he continues to deliver outstanding performance and contribute significantly to the company’s success.

Utkarsh joined our company on 7th October 2022 as a Sales Engineer and is strategically based in Ahmedabad. With his enthusiastic and result-oriented approach, he has played a key role in developing the Gujarat, Vapi-Silvassa, Daman, and Indore markets, which now contribute significantly to our company’s revenue.

Over time, Utkarsh has gained in-depth knowledge of the corrugation industry and its machinery. His dedication, hard work, and passion for customer development continue to drive our growth in these regions.

Mr. Akash R. Tekade joined Soham Technology in April 2024 as a Sales Engineer and has quickly made a strong impact. Based in Pune, he is responsible for handling Sales and Marketing across Pune, Nashik, and other key cities.

Akash holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from RTMNU University. Since joining, he has successfully developed numerous new customer relationships and consistently travels to meet clients and understand their needs.

He is known for his polite and honest nature, and is highly appreciated by customers for his professionalism and responsiveness. Akash has also demonstrated exceptional learning ability, mastering the company’s entire product range in a very short time.

Mr. Omkar P. Jadhav has completed his education in T.Y.B.Com and holds additional qualifications in Computerised Accounting and Office Automation. He has also completed ITT (Information Technology Training) from ICAI. He joined the organization in October 2020.

Omkar is proficient in Tally ERP 9.0 and Microsoft Excel, and he possesses in-depth knowledge of GST regulations and compliance. His technical skills and financial acumen allow him to manage the company’s financial activities with precision and efficiency.

He is responsible for handling all accounting functions, including coordination with auditors and GST consultants. In addition, Omkar manages all import-export documentation and oversees functions related to customs clearance, ensuring smooth and compliant international operations.

Bharat joined our company on 9th October 2012 as a company driver. During his early years, while delivering our key product—UV/IR lamps—his strong electrical knowledge led him to begin installing lamps for customers as well. Over time, he expanded his role by selling UV/IR lamps and resolving customer issues with dedication and professionalism.

Through continuous learning, Bharat has gained expertise in all our products and provides excellent support in addressing customer needs. With his passion, commitment, and reliability, he has become an invaluable asset to our company, consistently achieving the goals entrusted to him.

Ravi joined our company on 25th January 2013 as Warehouse Supervisor and has since been managing all warehouse operations with great efficiency. He leads his team effectively to ensure timely deliveries and carefully monitors product stocks to maintain smooth operations.

As the Bhiwandi warehouse contributes over 70% of our business revenue, Ravi’s reliability and dedication play a vital role in achieving customer satisfaction. His commitment and dependability make him a true asset to the company.
