Hot Stamping Foils

We import and stock various types of standard size rolls of “A Grade” Hot Foils and supply to an array of customer requirements. The Hot stamping foils are manufactured in various formulations designed to give quality prints on a specific material. Also incorporated in the foils are qualities such as abrasion resistance, oil and grease resistance and chemical resistance. The Gloss, semi-gloss and matt finishes are available in a wide range of colours. Hot stamping foil gives the best, most reflective finish of all coating processes and is also the most versatile for use on different materials and substrates.

Standard Hot Foils

The Standard Hot foil made on 12 micron PET as carrier which isused on normal paper, paperboard, paper label and other similar substrates.This Foil is suitable for small / medium coverage, high gloss, excellent abrasion and Scratch resistance.

Over-Printable Hot Foils

The over-printable Hot Foil which can be used on coated & uncoated paper, variety of inked & coated film.This Hot foil grade with overprintability, suits to fine details, excellent abrasion & scratch resistance.

Hot Foil for Platic & PE Tubes

We supply Hot Foil for plastic substrates which are used on various rigid and soft plastic materials, like ABS, PP, PE etc. Our Foil offers universal and fine adhesion properties and fine coverage on plastic with excellent abrasion & scratch resistance on UV primer.

Holographic Hot Foils

This foil is designed for machine application in to a variety of substrates paper or plastic both as a single image or continuous stripe.It is applied using heat and pressure (hot stamping).After application,the holographic image cannot be removed from the substrate without leaving visible signs of tampering.This a key security features.

Pigment Hot Foils

We supply imported PIGMENT HOT OILS which bring many of the advantages such as the use of heat and pressure to apply pigment foil enables the contours of the substrate to be flattened out to provide a smooth surface in the 'printed'area.

The Pigment Foil gives clean, high quality text and graphics on uneven, rough and textured surfaces. The Pigment Hot Stamping Foils particularly relevant for low volume, high quality label applications, electronic cable, snack bag, IV Solution bag used in hospital, PVC pipe and other plastics.
