FlexoDry HD^TM and FlexoDry D^TM – Maximize capacity and reduce energy consumption

The FlexoDry HD^TM and FlexoDry D^TM are equiped with Diamond IRTM lamps, especially designed for higher energy efficiency and enhanced IR reflectivity towards the substrate, compared to conventional IR systems using traditional reflector technology. As a result, converters reduce energy consumption by up to 30% while maintaining a high- quality print.

X-Series FlexoCure^TM – Increase gloss level

The FlexoCure^TM solutions include interstation and End-of-Press UV curing systems for coating and varnishing. FlexoCureTM dramatically increases overprint varnish gloss level, board strength and durability. A water cooled design with optimized reflector geometry maximizes the UV curing and reduces heat transfer to the substrate. This can be used to achieve special effects such as spot varnishes, matts and soft touch finishes.
