COLD FOILING is the process of applying an adhesive to a substrate and then laminating an easy release foil on the adhesive before curing the adhesive through the foil using a UV Light source.

Cast & Cure Embossing Film

This is an easy & economical process for getting Holographic effect on various substrates. It can be used on all presses having cold foiling unit. The Cast & Cure film can be reused at least 5-7 times, if unwinding & rewinding is done properly.
